Obama Admin dumps Drone Strike Data – Scrubs Websites
Quietly and without much notice, the Air Force has reversed its policy of publishing statistics on drone strikes in Afghanistan as the debate about drone warfare hits a fever pitch in Washington. In addition, it has erased previously published drone strike statistics from its website. Since October, the Air Force had been providing monthly updates on drone strikes -- or in its words "weapons releases from remotely piloted aircraft (RPA)." But today, Air Force Times reporters Brian Everstine and Aaron Mehta discovered something was amiss: The statistics published for February "contained empty space where the box of RPA statistics had previously been." 24% of voters say they are part of the Tea Party Movement
Maybe the left needs to stop attacking and kiss and make-up with the Teaparty movement. Rasmussen is reporting that nearly one forth of all voters consider themselves part of the Tea Party movement Twenty-four percent (24%) of U.S. voters now say they consider themselves a part of the Tea Party movement, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. That’s an eight-point increase from 16% a month ago. Another 10% say they are not a part of the movement but have close friends or family members who are. Fifty-five percent (55%) of voters say they have no ties to the Tea Party movement. Eleven percent (11%) more are not sure. ABC news thinks they have a scoop on Sarah Palin and her Rider requirements for speaking engagements. Who cares that she wants a certain type of staws and a Lear jet. Entertainers have had Riders since the begining of the industry. This writer remembers when I was a concert promoter that Van Halen didn't want Green M&Ms and Greg Allman require a White (only) Mercedes Benz. It was all part of the contact, if you couldn't handle the Rider you didn't get the entertainer. Palin and other speakers like Pres. Bill Clinton have special requirements. John Murtha's widow will not seek his Pa. seat
The widow of Pennsylvania Rep. John Murtha will not run to replace her husband, The Associated Press reports. Joyce Murtha feels it's "too soon after his death to be on the campaign trail," according to an email the AP said it received Monday from the Murtha for Congress Committee.
