Mark Levin goes Nuclear on Fake Conservatives

Mark Levin goes Nuclear on Fake Conservatives

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show: Mark gets heated over the upcoming Immigration debate and says we were lied to when Congress said they would focus on border security because it is clear they do not want to. There are people in Washington that do not care about our safety because if they did we wouldn't be having such debates on immigration. It's sad when other countries like Mexico have harsher border and immigration laws then we do. Mark talks about the 1986 amnesty bill and says that we should have learned our lesson from that but clearly we haven't. Congresswoman Michele Bachmann calls in and discusses the Audit the IRS Rally on June 19th and how Congress wants to push thru amnesty before August is over. Finally, MSNBC's Chris Matthews makes deplorable comments about Senator Ted [...]

Soldier Forbidden to read Conservative Books

Soldier Forbidden to read Conservative Books

Soldier forbidden to read conservative literature while in Uniform A veteran member of the U.S. Army Band said he is facing retribution and punishment from the military for having anti-Obama bumper stickers on his car, reading books written by conservative authors like Mark Levin and David Limbaugh, and serving Chick-fil-A sandwiches at his promotion party. Master Sgt. Nathan Sommers, a 25-year Army veteran and conservative Christian based at Fort Myer in Washington, believes his outspoken opposition to gay marriage prompted higher-ups to take a closer look at his beliefs. The recipient of an Army Commendation Medal and a soloist at the funeral of former First Lady Betty Ford, Sommers said his core beliefs are enough to mark a soldier for persecution in today’s military. “It [...]

Radio personality Mark Levin calls for ending the IRS

Radio personality Mark Levin calls for ending the IRS

It is time for federal terrorism to end. Mark Levin says end the IRS! By Doc Vega Since 1997 Mark Levin, nationally syndicated conservatives talk show host, has called for Americans to end the IRS. Is it any wonder in light of the recent revelations as we have discovered that the IRS has been used as a tool of harassment and political bias to intimidate those who oppose administrations on Capitol Hill? Is it any wonder that Americans are tired of being terrified into tax compliance by a draconian agency that does not acknowledge Constitutional rights? Is it any wonder that those who are enlightened are angry over the federal government using fear and threats to confiscate our hard earned money to be thrown down a black hole of federal government deficit spending that is most [...]

Have a Conservative Sounding Name? Obama’s IRS Targeted you

Have a Conservative Sounding Name? Obama’s IRS Targeted you

But of course it was just a few "low level employees".  Lets be clear, even low level employees at the Internal Revenue Service can make life hell for the taxpayer. This is a civil rights violation at least, an Obama conspiracy to attack on conservative political activities at most .   Remember, Obama says you need not fear the government. The Internal Revenue Service issued an apology today for targeting conservative groups for review. Organizations that had the name “patriot” or “tea party” were flagged by some low-level workers in Cinncinati. Conservative groups often complained about constantly having to answer questions from the IRS and claimed harassment. Of course, no one in the media took it very seriously, but now it appears they were right. It might not be all [...]

Executive Privilege and how the House should move forward legally

Executive Privilege and how the House should move forward legally

By Mark Levin As the Supreme Court recognized in US v. Nixon, the Executive Branch has a legitimate interest in confidentiality of communications among high officials so that the President can have the benefit of candid advice. However, as President Washington himself recognized, that privilege does not protect the President or his underlings from embarrassment or public exposure for questionable actions. As the Supreme Court has also recognized repeatedly, the Congress, in the exercise of its constitutional powers, has the essential power to investigate the actions of the Executive Branch.   In this case, the exercise of Executive Privilege seems, in its timing and over-inclusiveness, to be nothing less than a political delaying tactic to prevent exposure of [...]

Obama Is Still Spiking The Football Over Bin Laden Mission

Obama Is Still Spiking The Football Over Bin Laden Mission

MARK LEVIN: This was a man (Ronald Reagan) of enormous class. A man who did not, as Obama does, day in and day out look for ways to take credit. When you're President of the United States and you give the order to kill Osama bin Laden and Osama bin Laden is killed that's all you need to do. That's all you need to say. You don't need to keep running out every anniversary, 'I did this, I did that. Me. Me. I. I.' We know from an internal memo, written by then-CIA Director Panetta, that it wasn't exactly as originally reported through the White House talking points to their friends in the media, who you saw at the Washington correspondents' dinner. The memo shows of the president giving the order with a lot of 'but' clauses in it. 'But if there are more risks, but if there's this, [...]

The Truth About Gingrich Ethics, Chris Cristie, And A View From Mark Levin

The Truth About Gingrich Ethics, Chris Cristie, And A View From Mark Levin

By: Edmund Jenks - West Coast Editor On Monday's Mark Levin Show this week (January 23, 2012), Mark Levin took to task comments made by New Jersey Governor Chris Cristie while on "Meet The Press" when he was on the campaign stomp on behalf of Mitt Romney. Chris Christie was running his mouth about Newt Gingrich, saying that Newt has embarrassed the Republican Party with his ethics charges that were brought in Congress by Democrat Congressman David Bonior. Mark challenges Christie to review each of the charges, point by point, and their outcome as a student of the process just as Mark did at the time the charges were actually brought because Mark Levin was a senior attorney at the Landmark Legal Foundation and performed the investigation. Mark asserts that Gov. Christie can't [...]

Numbers from Democrats and Republicans Show the Budget Deal is a Fraud

Numbers from Democrats and Republicans Show the Budget Deal is a Fraud

Mark Levin has already called the budget deal an “historic scam.” Now, respected website Business Insider and its number cruncher Joe Weisenthal have dubbed it a “gigantic fraud,“ while conservative cornerstone National Review calls it a ”fake.” And when you see the numbers, you might agree. Weisenthal had a look at the analysis put out by National Journal (via the CBO) that says the total savings from the new deal (possible pun) are nowhere near the touted $38 billion. That number is only reached by numbers gimmicks. Rather, the number is closer to $352 million. NJ explains: A comparison prepared by the CBO shows that the omnibus spending bill, advertised as containing some $38.5 billion in cuts, will only reduce federal outlays by $352 million below 2010 spending [...]
