From Gun Walking To Illegals Flocking – Obama’s Deadly Border Policies
President Barack Obama delivers remarks from the Rose Garden. Image Credit: Sonya N. Hebert via whitehouse.gov By: Edmund Jenks - West Coast Editor The president and the Democrat political party are running scared. They are never comfortable unless they have their agenda placed ahead of, or in spite of, common sense or the rule-of-law. This week we were able to see the contrast of two completely different policies that have life and death consequences; one that had already been implemented presumably to place greater federal control on firearms, and the other, announced just this week, with the stated intent to have our immigration laws become more humane. The first instance is getting a lot of attention on Capitol Hill because the consequence of people dying at the hands of [...]

Sarah Palin tells Obama to stop gallivanting and start explaining U.S. role in Libya
Sarah Palin took to Facebook on Tuesday to ask President Obama to explain his plan in Libya. Apologizing "if I can’t keep up with the timing and rationale of your murky foreign policy positions," the former governor demanded that Obama come clean on whether the mission is to oust longtime leader Moammar Kadafi or not. "If Kadafi's’s got to go, then tell NATO our continued participation hinges on this: We strike hard and Kadafi will be gone," the hockey mom wrote. "If, as you and your spokesmen suggest, we’re not to tell Libya what to do when it comes to that country’s leadership, and if you can’t explain to Americans why we’re willing to protect Libyan resources and civilians but not Syria’s, Yemen’s, Bahrain’s, Egypt’s, Israel’s, etc., then there is no [...]
California Congressional candidate vows hunger strike until opponent agrees to debate
One of the frustrations of political challengers is getting the incumbent to debate. Ray Lutz, a Democratic candidate in the 52nd Congressional District in eastern San Diego County, has a novel approach: a hunger strike until one-term Republican incumbent Duncan D. Hunter agrees to debate. “Until Hunter steps up to the plate, I’ll be stepping away from the dinner plate,” Lutz said. The hunger strike is set to officially begin at sundown Thursday. Lutz has encouraged supporters to sit in an “isolation booth” outside his campaign office along Promenade Park in El Cajon and maybe engage in a one-day fast of their own to further goad the incumbent. Lutz is known for persistence. He was a leader in the movement to block the Blackwater security firm from opening a local [...]
