However, voters around the state will use different ballots because of differing district and local candidates and issues. News Corporation to Disclose Political Donations
Beginning this summer, the News Corporation, the media company controlled by Rupert Murdoch, will announce each year all the political contributions it has made. Ohio House panel OKs public worker union bill
The union protestors are going to be doing some traveling as State lawmakers are focusing on inequality in benefits for Union workers compared to non-union employees. While most people in America have cut back, unions feel entitled to benefits while the rest of the country suffers. COLUMBUS, Ohio – A panel of Ohio lawmakers made a bill to limit collective bargaining rights for 350,000 public workers even tougher for unions on Tuesday, as the state moved closer to Wisconsin-style restrictions. A Republican-controlled House labor committee voted 9-6 along party lines to send the bill to the full House.
