Obama's Limo stalled, Secret Service says they don't know the cause! Some say it was filled with Diesel Fuel. I know, It is the SEQUESTER! Those damned Republicans! The official limousine awaiting President Barack Obama's arrival in Israel malfunctioned after its driver refueled it using gasoline rather than diesel fuel, an official said Wednesday. The limo failed to start, and required towing in Jerusalem at 10 a.m. local time. Obama, who landed in Tel Aviv around noon, was not in the country at the time the limo was towed. A second presidential limo was brought to transport Obama. Kerry to visit Middle East will skip Israel
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will visit the Middle East and other countries from February 24- March 6. He will visit Britain, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. The State Department spokesperson stated that Kerry will visit Israel during Obama's visit later in March John Kerry will tour the Middle East during his first foreign tour as U.S. secretary of state, but will visit Israel two weeks later with President Obama. Kerry's itinerary, announced Tuesday for his Feb. 24-March 6 trip, includes Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Israeli War planes strike weapons convoy between Syria, Lebanon
JERUSALEM—Israeli warplanes are reported to have attacked an arms convoy traveling from Syria to Lebanon Tuesday night. Syrian state TV confirmed Wednesday an Israeli airstrike on a military site near Damascus, according to the Associated Press. U.S. officials have reported the strike, but did not disclose the location, according to the AP. Palestinian U.N. Acceptance, Crossed the Line
This last week, the United Nations voted in large majority to officially recognize Palestine as a sovereign state and of an “entity” status at the U.N. from thus forth. As we all know, some privileges that could now belong to Palestine include being able to file former complaints against Israel. President Abbas of Palestine has already publicly made insanely unfounded accusations that Israel is guilty of “ethnic cleansing”. It comes across to me as relative common sense that the United Nations is in fact not being a generous world organization by recognizing an independent Palestine; but actually de-valuing their own credibility and reputation. Gaza cease-fire between Israel and Hamas will take effect 9 p.m. local, 2 p.m. ET
Egypt announced on Wednesday that a ceasefire had been reached to end the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians, ending a week of violence in and around the Gaza Strip that killed more than 150 people.
