The victim he was referring to was Huma Abedin, aid to secretary of state, Hilary Clinton. Bachmann and some of McCain's fellow Republicans sent a letter to the Department of State, the Department of Defense, and Homeland Security, asking for an investigation into The Muslim Brotherhood. A source close to the congressman told the Daily News that Weiner had been adamant about keeping his seat - even as the Democratic leadership urged him to quit amid daily new revelations of reckless sexting. Defiant Weiner will not Resign
A Defiant Weiner put out another statement Thursday stating he will NOT Resign. Reports that he would resign Thursday came with a second statement from his office that says he will not step down and will be getting back to work on issues important to those in his district. A Marist poll by Weiners own constituents say he should not resign by a slim majority. CNN is reporting that Privately colleagues are recommending that he resign quickly. It was reported that Weiners wife, Huma Abedin, is Pregnant adding to the family stress level. Fodder for Saturday Comics - Wiener Gets Roasted online. Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY 9″) finds himself in a late night online pickle. This evening a photo surfaced on Congressman Weiner’s yfrog account and in his verified Twitter timeline of a man in his underwear with an erection. The photo was reportedly sent to a woman on Twitter. We’ve protected her name and her account, which was at one time verified to be active but has since been deleted after the photo in question was deleted. Coincidentally, the rest of the photos in the congressman’s alleged yfrog account were also deleted around 11 p.m. eastern. Is this the Tweet in question? Was Weiner hacked?
