But, what exactly do they mean? What does Obama mean when he says, "Spread the wealth around"? What is a fair share? What is "the right thing to do?" Such haughty moralizing makes good sound bite, but seldom are the words sufficiently unpacked and examined. Let us shine some light on the above, starting with 'Fair Share.' (Reuters) - South Carolina lawmakers on Friday cleared Republican Governor Nikki Haley of ethics charges that accused her of illegally lobbying on behalf of her employers while a member of the legislature. House Ethics committee clears SC Governor Haley of all charges
COLUMBIA, S.C. — Gov. Nikki Haley has been cleared of charges she violated ethics laws while a member of the South Carolina House. The House Ethics Committee voted 5-1 Wednesday to dismiss all charges against the governor, following an investigation of more than a month. The panel voted that there was a reason to look into the allegations.
