Under the plan, only the government would be allowed to sell marijuana to adults who have registered on a government database - letting officials keep track of their purchases over time. U.S. Drone Attack kills American Born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki connected to Ft. Hood Shootings
Update: First thought it was Yemeni forces but later admitted that CIA-led U.S. drone strike killed Awlaki with a Hellfire missile. Yemen's defense ministry has reported that al-Qaeda-linked cleric Anwar al-Awlaki has been killed along with several other fighters. A statement released to the media on Friday said the dual US-Yemeni citizen was hunted down by Yemeni forces but did not elaborate on the circumstances of his death. "The terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki has been killed along with some of his companions," said a statement sent by text message to journalists. Census Will Violate the Constitution – California could get nine House seats because illegal aliens will be counted
Next year’s census will determine the apportionment of House members and Electoral College votes for each state. To accomplish these vital constitutional purposes, the enumeration should count only citizens and persons who are legal, permanent residents. But it won’t. Instead, the U.S. Census Bureau is set to count all persons physically present in the country—including large numbers who are here illegally. The result will unconstitutionally increase the number of representatives in some states and deprive some other states of their rightful political representation. There is much talk of the formation of a third political party based on the tea party movement. Tea Party Patriots is issuing this statement in order to make it clear that we are not associated with any attempts to form a third party. Additionally, we believe that such efforts are unproductive and unwise at this time. The history of third party movements in this country is one of division and defeat.
