Al-Qaeda in Iraq released a statement two weeks ago targeting the Alexandria Coptic Christian Saints Church. The order was posted online. 21 Christians were murdered last night when a car bomb exploded as they were leaving New Year’s Mass. South Carolina Democratic Senate candidate Alvin Greene told reporters that he will make his first public speech to a local chapter of the NAACP at the Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church in his home town of Manning.  The appearance will occur on Sunday, July 18.
