Apparently, James Holmes had received a government grant of $26,000 for his tuition. And, apparently, he used that money to purchase the weapons and ammunition for Aurora Colorado shooting, according to USA Today. So, of course all the Republicans and conservatives are banging the symbols and beating the drums braying that we should do something about those high capacity and dangerous Government grants. "People are being injured and killed with Government dollars!" the Right is saying. "No blood for research!"
