Democrats pass ‘Balanced Approach’ Budget – Trillion in Taxes, No Payment on the Debt, almost no Cuts

Democrats pass ‘Balanced Approach’ Budget – Trillion in Taxes, No Payment on the Debt, almost no Cuts

Democrats pass 'Balanced Approach' Budget 1 Trillion in New taxes, No payment of Debt,  and almost no Cuts - That's Democrat Balance! The term “pre dawn” should only be used to describe two things: Raids and Tony Orlando’s early years. When “pre dawn” is used in reference to the time of day Congress acted, especially heading into a weekend, it probably means potential bad news for the rest of us. That said, at about 5 o’clock this morning — pre dawn — the Senate passed its first budget in four years. Maybe the “no budget no pay” bill did the trick, or maybe Dems decided it’s well past time to raise taxes again. The voting was first and foremost affected by positioning for 2014: The Senate early Saturday passed its first budget in four years by a vote of 50 to [...]

Washington Wolves and Sheepdog Security

Washington Wolves and Sheepdog Security

by Joe Keck Last week, in a Senate hearing, Republican Senator from Texas, Ted Cruz, asked Democrat Senator from California, Dianne Feinstein, a question regarding the constitutionality of gun legislation she and her fellow Democrats are proposing. In answer to the Texas Senator's question, Ms. Feinstein responded with, "I'm not a sixth grader," and declared, "I am reasonably well-educated." Adding to that eloquent defense of the constitutionality of the legislation proposed, she listed other rock-solid arguments in support of the new statutes. "I've seen the bullets that implode," and "I've looked at bodies that have been shot by these weapons," and in yet another of her steel-trap, inescapable examples of logic, she told CNN's Wolf Blitzer "when found a dead body and put your finger [...]

Ashley Judd, “a tough row to hoe” in Kentucky, Democrats say Don’t Run

For starters Ashley Judd has to reconcile with Kentucky Coal Miners her comparison to them and rapists... that's just the beginning Ashley Judd Is Making Kentucky Democrats Nervous If the actress runs against Mitch McConnell, Democrats fear she could hurt the party brand in the Bluegrass State. The honeymoon is over for Ashley Judd. At a time when Democrats in Washington are having second thoughts about embracing Ashley Judd as their standard-bearer against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell in 2014, Kentucky Democrats are waving red flags about the actress, arguing that her candidacy plays into the GOP’s strengths and tarnishes the party brand in the Bluegrass State. “She’s gonna have a tough row to hoe,” said Jim Cauley, who ran Gov. Steve Beshear’s 2007 [...]

A Call for Government Openness does not Prevail

A Call for Government Openness does not Prevail

A Call for Government Openness does not Prevail By Amanda Hill With America as liberal politically and individually as it has ever been, one would assume that the benefit of this liberalism would be to have a government that is open and compassionate in sharing everything with its people. At least that’s one of the things liberals pride themselves on: openness to everything and everyone. To prove this proud “liberal openness”, the white house sent out a statement claiming they will create”… an unprecedented level of openness in government”. With that statement said, Obama and his administration either must have issued the statement during completely bad timing or they simply put absolutely no thought to the real contradictions of that statement before it was released. McCain, Graham want Rand Paul to Calm Down

Guess that Free Dinner last night at the White House paid off.  Seems McCain wants Rand Paul to Calm Down and understand that killing Americans without due process is good for America. MSNBC uses Highly Edited video to smear McCain on AWB

MSNBC uses Highly Edited video to smear McCain on AWB

You know that Network that says Fox News uses highly edited video Liberal news outlets were quick to run an edited video of Senator John McCain (R., Ariz.) at a recent town hall meeting, alleging it shows the senator’s insensitivity towards a grieving mother who lost her son in the 2012 Aurora shooting. The edited video first appeared on Phoenix’s KTVK during a news package of the town hall meetings McCain has held during his most recent trip through Arizona. The video shows Caren Teves, whose son was killed when spree killer James Holmes attacked a midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises, asking the senator about assault weapons. “These weapons don’t belong on our streets,” she says. The video then cuts to McCain responding by saying, “I can tell you right now you [...]
