Somehow Obama has taken upon himself to wake up the world when he himself is half asleep at the wheel. His own scandals, misbehavior and deception does not strike him but the Malaysian plane crash suddenly prompted him to be up and about and try to wake the world. Obama was shocked as much as he could be, in the middle of one of his campaigns, to the atrocity of the missile attack, apparently by Russians. Unfortunately, Obama couldn’t do much to stop Putin from taking Crimea earlier. When the president was too busy to wake himself, he still managed to find time to campaign, play golf and some pool as well; where was time and inclination to worry about the country, leave alone the world? Nonetheless, everybody knew it because Obama made sure quite a few photo-ops of his rare activities were done! Obama however made sure NOT to go to the border because he didn’t want to be photographed with the border mess. What a completely messy brain.
Reuters reports: President Barack Obama said the downing of a Malaysian jetliner in a Ukrainian region controlled by Russian-backed separatists should be a “wake-up call for Europe and the world” in a crisis that appears to be at a turning point and warned Russia of possible tightening of sanctions. While stopping short of blaming Russia for Thursday’s crash of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17, in which 298 people died, Obama accused Moscow of failing to stop the violence that made it possible to shoot down the plane. “This certainly will be a wake-up call for Europe and the world that there are consequences to an escalating conflict in eastern Ukraine; that it is not going to be localized, it is not going to be contained.” Obama told reporters.
Obama ruled out military intervention, but said he was prepared to tighten sanctions! This statement begs the question: exactly which earlier sanctions made a dent on Putin and Russia? Putin effectively punched him out in the game of politics.
Obama tried to be friends with Merkel but she justkicked out top US Intelligence officer over allegations of spying! The expulsion came after two suspected US spy cases were uncovered in less than a week in Germany, where anger still simmers over the NSA surveillance scandal sparked by revelations from fugitive intelligence contractor Edward Snowden. Obama thought that he should not disturb a country that has been asleep even before he was elected, so instead decides to interrupt his own sleep and hope desperately that scolding another sleeping continent will take the pressure off his own slumber party in the White House!
