Happy Birthday America

Another year and America is still around to celebrate another Independence Day. The nation continues to hold itself together despite its president and the ever seditious army of liberals, lefties and communists waiting patiently in the wings of white house and its lawns and elsewhere. They are everywhere, in schools, colleges, homes, hearts. Nonetheless, as the world erupts, America manages to stay intact despite its borders erupting, its insides getting churned and its body getting bombarded with constant criticism and cries of death to America!

As Victor H Davis says: America is able to avoid most conflicts that afflict many nations around the world. Despite its 17 trillion debt, it is able to operate; despite its rise in unemployment, it is still able to exact promises from its enterprising business class to do more; despite the vast difference between its rich and poor, the land is able to generate the most generosity; despite its military aggression, it fights most wars with one hand tied behind its back!

The Statue of Liberty still continues to welcome all to its shores, the tired, weary, persecuted, enterprising, creative, keen. American Constitution still manages to retain its invincibility despite attacks from within. America still grants the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness for its citizens whether they want it or not. Political correctness tries hard to shackle its people, yet Americans refuse to get cowed down by the liberal propaganda. I hope America remains beautiful and safe always and as Davis says, “America apparently can coast for a long time on the fumes of its wonderful political heritage and economic dynamism.” Happy 4th of July!
