Obama Scandals: Two Options, One Scary, the other, Defibulatory!

by Joe Keck

Of all the scandals the Obama administration has given us, not a single one was broken by the Mainstream Media. Our Mainstream Media. They’ve been broken by foreign press, such as those across the pond, but our media aren’t interested.

OBAMA-DEMONICAt least not until some sort of comment is necessary.

And when they do mention it, it’s a sycophantic defense rather than an investigative endeavor.

Take for instance the Media Matters piece from Eric Boelert.

“. . . spectacles such as Bernard Goldberg’s baseless claim (his emphasis) the administration “went after” Rosen simply because he works for Fox News. There’s no evidence anyone at the White House knew about, let alone instigated, the FBI probe.”

Call to mind the Obama administration refusing to participate in a debate because it was being broadcast by, uh, yeah, Fox News?

CNN had an article by former Green Jobs Advisor, Van Jones – an admitted Communist, by the way – letting us know what the real scandal of the Obama administration is.

“Last week, members of the House of Representatives turned their attention to the biggest Obama scandal yet . . . This is the real scandal: President Obama said in his second inaugural address that failing to act on climate change would “betray future generations.” Now, many expect that he is ready to do exactly that by approving the Keystone XL pipeline.”

Hmmm . . . interesting. Four Americans dead in Benghazi, their lives taken by terrorists attacking our official U.S. station, and according to Van Jones, the Keystone pipeline is “bigger”.

Jones went on to say,

“If he refuses to (embrace this project publicly) and still approves Keystone XL, the first thing that pipeline will run over is his credibility on climate.

Now, that is a scandal.”

Yes, that’s a scandal. A potential harming of the climate. How in Mao’s name can the mere murder of American citizens bravely defending the country and not getting help from the President compare with that?

In a ‘nah-nah, nuh-nah-nah’ from the Huffington Post, Alana Horowitz wrote,

“The CNN poll also found that 71 percent of Americans believe the actions of the IRS employees who targeted tea party groups were unacceptable. However, 6 in 10 respondents said they trusted the president’s statements on the issue.”

I can just see the smug smile on the faces of the editors.

Now to the ‘Options.’ And keep in mind, there’s a difference between seeing someone with a terrible injury, and flipping the machine on and smearing the contacts with conductive gel.

Number 1. The American people are anesthetized, fatuous and synapsistically challenged, buying any and everything the Liberal MSM stuffs down their throats, walking through life with a ‘Stepford Wives’ grin on their faces, content with their new pedicure and bikini wax, or flatscreen and beer.

A horde of rats following the flute.

That’s the scary one.

Number 2. It’s over. The American people are indeed not stupid, ignorant, robots programmed by the Networks to absorb what they’re systematically propagandized to believe, and are in fact, in moral cardiac arrest.

Although the Tea Party, the Conservatives (I mean real Conservatives), the Christians (I mean real Christians), the Libertarians (I mean real Libertarians), have all tried to resuscitate this great nation, when we lift the wrist, it would appear that there is no pulse.

So, which of these Options fits this once great country? This country that in times past didn’t kill millions of babies as a matter of policy and convenience, a country that in times past didn’t protect the rights of foreign terrorists and did secure the liberties of its law-abiding citizens, a country that in times past wouldn’t have stood for a President who took advantage of and violated a young woman off the Oval office.

A country that in times past would have had the Commander in Chief up on charges of gross incompetence, malfeasance, dereliction of duty, and more for refusing to immediately send reinforcements to our soldiers protecting embassy property and American honor overseas.

Which Option best fits this two-hundred plus year young nation who fought two world wars for freedom, who fought a civil war to free enslaved Americans and honor the principal of abolition with the cost life and limb, not mention much blood?

One word.
