Obama Violates the Constitution

Washington – Today the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled the 2012 recess appointments made by President Obama are unconstitutional. Although it is unclear how this ruling will affect the appointment of Richard Cordray to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or the National Labor Relations Board appointments, the judges do define a recess appointment as “limited to intersession recesses.”
