Is Iowa in Play for 2012 Presidential election?

In the Latest American Research Group poll for Iowa Mitt Romney and President Obama are locked at 48% each.  Back in September the poll looked like this

Romney has Gained 4% and Obama has Lost 3%.  This could be the turn that puts Iowa in play.  In 2008 Obama beat McCain in Iowa by 9.5%
