Any bill that raises taxes must originate in the House of Representatives
With the Supreme Court deeming Obamacare a tax, it may soon be gone!
Article 1, Section 7 of the U.S. Constitution:
“All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives, but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.”
Since the Senate originated Obamacare, it is an INVALID TAX!
