Gingrich fails to qualify for GOP primary ballot in Virginia – Romney, Paul remain

A Rookie mistake we thought when Perry missed the Ballot, but Gingrich has been around the block a few years.

Political strategists know that one should make sure that signature are obtained by known supporters who are registered to vote in the state.  Often one will ask for a voter ID or a drivers License  A 10,000 requirement means at least 15,000 signatures Period.

The lesson:  always expect your opponents (in your party or the other) will not play clean politics, Trust but verify like they are a Nuclear power.
