Senator Rand Paul was at a breakfast with New Hampshire Republicans to discuss a variety of topics dealing with the Republican party and economic issues.
The topic of conversation that was brought up, is of Donald Trump’s possible candidacy.
Paul response was witty. He demanded to see Donald Trump’s “Republican registration.”
Via The Hill:
“I’ve come to New Hampshire today because I’m very concerned,” said Paul, according to The New York Times.
“I want to see the original long-form certificate of Donald Trump’s Republican registration.”
If you recall, Trump said at CPAC that Rand Paul’s father, Rep. Ron Paul has no chance of being re-elected, to which Rand Paul replied, that Trump’s chances are less than his father’s.
