Obama visit to South Carolina would hurt Sheheen chances for Governor

Republican gubernatorial candidate Nikki Haley says a President Obama visit to South Carolina would likely hurt her opponent, Democrat Vincent Sheheen. Haley, in an appearance Wednesday night with with Fox News Channel’s Sean Hannity, said South Carolinians have rejected the President’s stimulus package and his health care reform package.

“I don’t think my opponent wants the president to come,” Haley said.
