Yes he Can!  The Toupee beam me up former congressman Jim Traficant will file to Run for Congress.  One problem, he can’t vote for himself.

Former Ohio Democratic congressman and jailbird Jim Traficant is moving ahead with a campaign for Congress this year, filing papers by 4 p.m. to run as an independent, the Youngstown Vindicator reports. It’s still unclear which district Traficant will run in: the 17th, represented by his former aide Tim Ryan, or the 6th, represented by Charlie Wilson.
